Pros

you gets salary on time. It is the only positive thing about company

Cons

1. cheap politics. only senior people who was working in this company for so long only gets benefits. 2. micro management. for everything they will do micro management. but they will not recognise your work if you work late everyday. also. 3. harsh words to employees. managers dont talk decently. they think other employees are slaves and never gives respect. harsh words in calls and personally also. 4. they respect only their favourite persons. if you are employee reference then they will treat you good otherwise they dont care. 5. HR is no use. even if we give complaint, she will not respond. she say to check policies if we have any doubt about anything. not even a single employee benefits she explain. 6. time waste in calls. everyday there are many calls and if you are not online for 15 min also, they create a big scene.

Pros

Remote work options and autonomy in managing your schedule. Talented colleagues. Interesting work. Exposure to Microsoft technologies, cloud projects, and enterprise clients.

Cons

Lack of leadership support. Employees are not held responsible for unprofessional behavior or disrespect to fellow employees. Different departments operate with different priorities. Holidays and vacation allowances vary significantly depending on location, which creates a sense of inequity among employees.
