I joined Qureos to be part of the mission to bridge the gap between education and professional industry, when you work at a startup, you get to exposed to large set of business challenges and when you try to solve each of them, this way you learn a lot.
Cons
While working in start up is good for personal and professional growth, it is always a bit risky to work at start up because they usually depend on angel investors and when those investors pull back, it becomes difficult for them to survive on their own.
