      Pros

      if the Middleport,Pa. plant is running, its an ok job.Quarry boss has no say in daily work until something bad happens ,then its all on him.no extensive training or perks.They finally got a raise,but some are drastically underpaid still.

      Cons

      equiptment is constantly breaking down,atleast 3-5 or more blockages a day,you have a breakdown about every 3 days.If the plant isn't breaking ,then the euclids are.this place will never turn profit till they shut down and redesign.

      Pros

      I feel fairly compensated. Benefits are fantastic. I pay $0 for medical and get a great 401k match.

      Cons

      The nature of the work in this industry is stressful but I’ve found this at all employers in this field. At least here we don’t have to relocate on a whim.
