Pros

The people and teams are close and help out one another when in need. There is some flexibility in check-in hours

Cons

Absolute lack of top management; they leave us middle managers to work things out by ourselves, provide no guidance or support, but then blame it on us if things don’t go as expected. There is a concerning growth of discomfort and frustration in the people working in the Buenos Aires office. The lack of compensation strategies hasn’t helped much (salaries have not been reviewed for over 1 year now). HR is not a place to go look for support, quite he opposite; they’re the layoff patrol, looking for people’s distress and using it to crack them. Some people, especially in the top management of creative, are abusive and mistreat employees out in the open and in front of others. There is a perception of a total lack of direction; no one knows where the company is headed as we watch rounds and rounds of layoffs that keep happening since early 2017 in Buenos Aires.
