Cons
Management shows bias, you’ll need to know who to suck up to. Many people are politically motivated, be careful who you side with. High turn over, saw 15 people leave in the time period of 6 months. (Around 35 people) Producer driven culture - below average creative, churn and burn work. Not enough time given to develop and craft ideas.
