- You get the chance to work for one of the most traditional agencies out there - If you’re smart, that’s a great opportunity for you to network with the other offices - If you’re lucky enough you’ll get the chance to work on an exciting project
Cons
- No recognition of individuals - Upper management self-promotion/favoritism - Time sheet driven, working by the numbers - Back to back meetings all-day-long and no time to actually do the work - Over allocation of hours/project on a individual - Low motivation level from most of the team
