Business Outlook
Pros
A solid group of people who are smart and want to do great work for clients. Office is growing, adding clients and culture is strong. People genuinely like each other and there aren't the typical big egos that you'd expect at a place like R/GA.
Cons
Not all clients are ready for innovation so certainly some basic blocking and tackling on the work, but nice clients make it worth it.
