Business Outlook
Pros
Rewarded for longevity. Good pay for hours worked doing night shift linehaul work. Not uncommon to work a 6 to 7 hour shift getting over 1k a week doing linehaul. Good energy work environment, don't have to worry about unnecessary nitpicking and micromanagement.
Cons
Benefits could be better, particularly PTO. Day shift hours longer than night shift but for less or same amount of money unless overtime is worked. No time and a half for OT. PTO days less money than an actual day worked. Not uncommon to lose 100 dollars by taking a vacation day. Could lose work if business slow. (these things could be unique to one location)
