      In Corporate offices - Work Environment (manager for me was good, can't comment about others), Helpful peers, Adjustable working hours, Work Life Balance

      Cons

      Employee Benefits (very very costly and no other really good benefits), Layoff strategy (they can layoff anyone at anytime with no reasons in a very humiliating way possible), Very less or no bonus (for folks in corporate offices), Very less scope of growth and promotion, Very slow to adapt to technology change, No maternity or paternity benefits except for taking FMLA.
