Cons
A company which is recruiting throughout a year is not a reliable company as it fires people left right. Some of their policies are so headless. Every month PIPs are issued. One bad score out of all the good one you are on Qpip. One month not meeting target despite the work being less particularly for day shifts you still end up in Ppip. So every month it's the same. And the people move out and new ones come. It's a cycle. If you are looking for a reliable sustainable employment with less pressure of performance then this is not the company you choose. Also if they want to cost cut or deliberately remove people they make sure they are failing them in audits with minor errors charged as majors and majors to critical or they make sure or make it difficult they are not meeting targets by putting them into toughest work or no work at all.
