      Pros

      Salary in time, free veg food, transport facility,evey one is helpful

      HR's give you fake promise here, They will tell salary structure in way that you will feel it's a lots of amount but when it comes to original salary it's very low, forget about incentives here, out of 50 people only one will get that if his/her production is more then 200% with out any leaves and salary hike is far lower then a "grocery sales man" Here 1st they will hire you after that in training period they just terminate you, my lots of friends came from Bangalore to Gurgaon and faced this problems , They tell a difference process in interview time but when you join the organization they throw you as per there vacancstatus

      The voluntary separation offer was good.

      I and hundreds of colleagues were transferred from Providence Health & Services to R1. We were told we were guaranteed our jobs for a year. They started offering voluntary separation packages less than a year in. This was suspicious. I didn't take the first couple of offers, but eventually I did - things were feeling uneasy. Since leaving I've heard that there were several layoffs. R1's India team has taken over a lot of the coding we were doing. In the reviews I read before we started with R1 I know losing jobs to the India team was common. I'm glad I left when I did but it's been hard finding a new job.
