      Work Life Balance is there. No work pressure.

      Cons

      Nothing to learn. You have to be answerable for the fault of others also. No proper training. Quality team focuses on your errors more rather than teaching you something new so that they can earn huge incentives. You will be thrown in the production without proper training. People are like robots no life. no energy nothing. Seniors are pathetic.

      literally the worst company to exist, they will micromanage every aspect of your work and force you out of the company when you do nothing wrong, Terrible managers, worst ive ever had in my career. low salary too
