Pros

No pros they have... Transport is little better then management.. 100% life balance as they don't work... Good company to play TT and other games whole day... Flexible going beyond their policy for their benefit..

Cons

Management don't have skills but only have non skill tenure.. Policies are not clear even to the representatives, thus they don't follows them... People don't have management and problem solving skill... Hire employees on the basis of best JD for non worthy copy paste work... Worst technology used.. Systems don't work without hang for 10-15 times in a days.. they can change hierarchy at any point of time without any communication... Poor communication from management.. Communicate your performance and appraisal after appraised salary.. No professional and personal growth.. Too long hierarchy without clear vision.. Promotions totally based on need basis even at entry level...

Pros

The voluntary separation offer was good.

Cons

I and hundreds of colleagues were transferred from Providence Health & Services to R1. We were told we were guaranteed our jobs for a year. They started offering voluntary separation packages less than a year in. This was suspicious. I didn't take the first couple of offers, but eventually I did - things were feeling uneasy. Since leaving I've heard that there were several layoffs. R1's India team has taken over a lot of the coding we were doing. In the reviews I read before we started with R1 I know losing jobs to the India team was common. I'm glad I left when I did but it's been hard finding a new job.
