Pros
I work with a lot of great people and enjoy the non-profit opportunities. I find the work interesting as things change a lot. Enjoy working with customers and designing solutions. Exciting to see the company get back on track after a year+ of distractions.
Cons
Experience and job satisfaction varies greatly by the job and supervisor. Although HR remains fairly poor, the company has a lot of bright people. Some managers are difficult to work for. Compensation is okay, but should be better for the amount of work. Promotions can be hard to get as everyone seems to apply for each position.
