Pros
Senior Management is trying to turn around the unbalanced intra-structure. The flexibility of not always having to be physically in an office is great and allows for stronger productivity.
Cons
Positions are created for new hires without giving any opportunity to current employees for the new positions. Inconsistent messages are given regarding growth tracks and salaries. Agree with another review if you know the right people you will do better.
