      1. Ability to work from home, flexibility 2. Salary 3. Benefits including vacation time

      1. Not a start up but acts like one still, even with talented staff who have good ideas / skill sets 2. The organization, as a whole, and the IT department leadership team is dominated by males. There is only 1 female at the exec level within the entire organization and she is in HR. 3. Staff aren't truly held accountable for the responsibilities based on their titles or job descriptions 4. Management doesn't seem to value their staff despite what they "may" say

      The voluntary separation offer was good.

      I and hundreds of colleagues were transferred from Providence Health & Services to R1. We were told we were guaranteed our jobs for a year. They started offering voluntary separation packages less than a year in. This was suspicious. I didn't take the first couple of offers, but eventually I did - things were feeling uneasy. Since leaving I've heard that there were several layoffs. R1's India team has taken over a lot of the coding we were doing. In the reviews I read before we started with R1 I know losing jobs to the India team was common. I'm glad I left when I did but it's been hard finding a new job.
