Pros
No pros low yearly raises not based on performance. Jobs continuously sent to India. Reduction of local staff reduces cost,but exchange to offshore makes enormous quality of work reduction.
Cons
Originally bonuses were promised, but only given to upper leadership. The amount of work put on the limited onshore employees keeps increasing due to large error rate and slow productivity of offshore employees.
