Lost myself - Anonymous employee R1 RCM Employee Review

Everything. This is the most negative experience I’ve had with a job in my entire life. The workload is unmanageable, expectations are unrealistic. Very corporate, very much “do it this way”. Last minute changes and consistent stress and pressure to get everything done. It’s not worth your mental or physical health. Period. Additionally, HR does absolutely nothing about legitimate complaints. Don’t come here. You’ll regret it. Your family and loved ones will be the ones paying the ultimate price of your stress.
