      They did a lot of fun things at work. Training was good and I felt ready for the job when I started.

      Cons

      Management wasn't very willing to listen. We had to work long hours to keep up with the high call volume.

      some coworkers were good, other than that nothing

      literally the worst company to exist, they will micromanage every aspect of your work and force you out of the company when you do nothing wrong, Terrible managers, worst ive ever had in my career. low salary too
