Management is not the greatest. Very underpaid with the expectation to do everything with little to no training. Part and full time employees barely get compensated for their work, benefits are nearly half of your check. You’re required to work by yourself in a stressful environment while initially being told that you will not be left alone in the emergency room. They also threaten you with HR or write ups if you simply disagree with them in the smallest matter.
