Pros
Nothing good to talk about
Cons
This company has a very toxic and unethical work culture. Senior managers and operations managers misuse their authority to pursue inappropriate relationships with female employees, even if they are already married or have children. In return, those employees often receive promotions or special treatment. Unfortunately, the top management and directors turn a blind eye as long as it doesn’t directly affect them. Genuine talent, hard work, and dedication are not recognized here. Promotions usually happen in two ways: 1. By constantly bootlicking your manager. 2. If you are a female employee who entertains inappropriate advances from seniors. Only in rare cases, when a new opening comes up in your process, you might get promoted on merit. Overall, it’s not a place where ethical employees can grow or feel valued. The company lacks integrity, transparency, and fairness in its promotion and recognition system.
