Pros
Been with the RAC for over 3 years now and can genuinely say this is the best company I have ever worked for. Colleagues are friendly and helpful, and the Bristol office is pleasant with a great canteen! There's always a lot going on with the Hive charity organising events, and it has a buzzy atmosphere. The Executive team are hands on as is the CEO who has an open door policy and holds weekly all staff Conversations online where you can ask anything and expect a response. Work is fast paced and there certainly is an expectation to get things done but I have also appreciated a great deal of flexibility in my role. There is the opportunity to get an annual bonus based on company performance. I highly recommend working here and enjoy coming to work every day (or working from home!)
