Work review - Software Development Engineer In Test (SDET) RAM Technologies Employee Review

Everyone is super helpful, great atmosphere where you don't just feel like another number.

Nothing i can think of?

Would be a good part-time job if you were already working a part-time job, but would never work if you had a full-time job and were looking for an additional part-time for a side gig.

Inconsistent communication to the point of being nonexistent even my first week in. Lack of structure and expectation setting. Job description did not match very well to the actual expectations that were set in person in terms of hours and expected availability. I was told there was scheduling flexibility, but in reality I was expected to work 30+ hours/week between 7am-4:30pm M-F. Training was given in a relatively flexible way, but the trainers were not the most knowledgeable or people-oriented.
