Pros
some good people trying to do good things but difficult to do under current administration.
Cons
socially conservative, family oriented, poor infrastructure, long term RANDites tend to be stuck in some 1970s white boy ivory tower somewhere, which is irritating. They treat AAs as if we are work wives. Little or no chances for advancement unless its in finance which is a cluster at RAND, like so many other aspects of their operations.
