Pros

great people to work with

Cons

If you try to resign they will fire you. They add more business but do not add more staff to alieve the work flow. This is only for the RCM department. People are very UNHAPPY working there. After being merged with another company CDI's vision for the patients are gone. Money hungry company now and management does NOT care for the employees. Going to HR does nothing. Their philosophy now is that if you don't like your job quit.

Our RCM team currently has 135 associates; we’ve added 27 roles to that team in the last three years. While our focus on patients and associates remains the same, we recognize we have experienced a lot of change in RCM in the past few years, with new systems and merging of two separate offices. With these changes, we are looking for ways to improve our processes, learn from new team members, and share best practices. We need associates who are open to new ideas and willing to try new approaches; if that’s not something an associate is interested in doing, we do believe it may be best for them to find a career opportunity outside of CDI.
