Lack of communication - Anonymous employee RAYUS Radiology Employee Review

Thank you for the advice. We agree communication is very important. We just completed our Associate Engagement Survey and through that are able to see how current associates feel about many engagement related items, including communication and where we have opportunities to improve. We are meeting with every leadership team between mid-May and the end of June to share the results and every local leadership team will be working on action plans to improve engagement, and in some cases based on their local results, that will include efforts to improve communication. We will also be working on efforts to enhance engagement company-wide. Thanks for providing a review and best wishes in your new endeavors.
