You are correct, we currently have a merit bonus program where all eligible associates have the opportunity to earn additional, increased compensation through the quarterly Merit Bonus, which is based on the company’s financial goals and individuals’ performance. We will also continue to review market data information, making adjustments to those associates who are identified through this process as being below market. We currently offer three different health insurance options so associates can select the plan that best meets their needs.
