We couldn’t agree more that our patient’s experience and valued employees are the key to our success today and into the future. Our goal is to staff to the appropriate levels for patient care, quality and efficiency, not to burn our staff out. We regularly evaluate staffing levels and patient volume and make adjustments as needed. While we replaced the traditional annual salary increase program with a merit bonus plan based on individual and company performance, we continue to evaluate all positions compared to market and make adjustments where needed.
