In the last three years, we did change our compensation philosophy to one that includes a merit bonus plan based on individual and company performance instead of a traditional annual merit increase. When the company does well that is shared with our teams. In addition to that merit bonus program, we continue to review our wages against market rates and make adjustments where needed.
