7yCDI does provide a merit bonus program to recognize and reward performance, coupled with an annual review of base rates making market adjustments where necessary. We do have a responsibility to follow tax rules, which does mean bonuses are provided in a separate paycheck and taxed as necessary according to state and federal laws. We do care a great deal about associate retention and engagement. We conduct exit interviews with anyone voluntarily leaving the organization, with the goal to see if there are things we can do better or differently going forward to create the best possible experience for our associates. We also look at turnover rates monthly, and partner with the leaders on action plans to address any trends or specific suggestions identified.
