Pros
Radiologists, employees, centers are attractive. Merit increases were replaced with a bonus program about three. years ago. This year the merits are back, but many were not happy were the amount of the hourly increases that were given
Cons
Equipment is aging, CDI not investing in new equipment, new management team care more about metrics. on site management lacks sincerity and environment of "no trust or limited trust" has developed. Prior management team was The "A" team. However they were run out of town ( one person did retire, but we believe she retired early because of new management. Turnover starting to occur.
