Not the best - Patient Service Representative RAYUS Radiology Employee Review

Thanks for the candid review. We’re glad to see the positive ratings on Recommends and Positive Outlook. We provided merit increases in 2019 and just provided temporary increases during the COVID-19 pandemic for all associates working in patient-facing roles. We do recognize we’ve experienced some management turnover in the Puget Sound market. We’re confident in our current leadership team and look forward to stability for the market.
