Yes, we did make a significant change to our car program this year. The new car program was implemented to provide a consistent program for all associates needing to frequently drive for their role. Various program options were evaluated before a decision was made, with a goal to balance both the needs of associates and costs to the business. We recognize this was a big change for current staff and strived to provide associates with notice of the change so they could plan and adjust.
