Pros
It used to be a decent company and some of those people are still around.
Cons
The new board and CEO are in the process of destroying the company without realizing or caring. They obviously have a short sighted goal of flipping this company to some poor suckers in the near future since the only thing they care about is the balance sheet. Compensation is not competitive, and don't expect to have raises or bonuses. Don't plan on being promoted through competence.
