Lots of overwork and low pay - Accounting Associate RAYUS Radiology Employee Review

There seems to be a lot more cons the past year and it’s not getting better. We have lots of new managers and executives that are more focused on getting us ready to be sold again than actually helping make the company great again. Every week I email someone new and they have left because of the culture. Turnover is extra high and no one seems to care. Our entire Human Resources team quit because the new leadership and culture is so bad. Then we fired our patient process associates and replaced them with temps so we don’t have to actually hire. Pay is really low, everyone who left is making significantly more elsewhere.
