The time off is the best benefit we receive.
Cons
Management is awful. You never see any of them and when you do see management they want to be your friend and don’t fix any problems. There are people that work nonstop and then there are others just floating on my by doing the bare minimum. They promise things that never end up happening. They have absolutely no control. I also can’t tell you what people specific jobs are.
