Stay clear - Patient Service Representative RAYUS Radiology Employee Review

Untrained and inexperienced supervisors . Manage via intimidations and threats . Poor pay . Communication is nonexistant. No opportunity to move up in company - all higher level positions are who knows who to get there . Total disregard for proper patient care. Scheduling / call center is the worst ever. Employees spend the entire day apologizing to patients for all the mistakes made prior to patient walking in for appointment .
