Pros

-Once TM/TL's recognize your capabilities (it takes a while) they will give you useful experience, however if they don't find you capable of fulfilling certain tasks, they will not bother with helping you develop. -Work-life balance is decent once you have some seniority -Company values are good, very client focused

Cons

-It took some time for management to recognize me for accomplishments and trust me with more complex tasks and duties that would aid my career. -They stopped promoting people to senior positions in my department (and pay), therefore now I am in a situation where I do more than a Senior does, and am considered a senior, however I am not being compensated as one... whereas actual Seniors have been able to kept their Senior pay increase, without continuing to deserve it as they will only help minimally. -Benefit costs increase each year -End of year bonus will depends mainly on your numbers/stats, which can sometimes be a little unrealistic.

Pros

Stable work life balance. The culture is really great, very easy to work with complex management and managers. Willing to help you grow and learn with clients

Cons

Not a lot of room for growth unless you come in the door with that expectation. It can be very easy to get stuck in this role as your pay slowly increases and the job title mostly stays the same. Associate promotions and raises are rarely given and take a lot of coercion to get.
