Business Outlook
Pros
The owners and the rest of the leadership team really care about their employees. They have an open door policy where they regularly interact with people at all levels. The company is growing, so there are opportunities to advance. Management is open to new ideas and strives to be a best in class employer. Very nice office space with a kitchen fully stocked with tons of snacks and drinks.
Cons
I personally don't care for the ERP system currently in place, however, I have been told they will be looking at new software options in the coming year.
