Horrible company to work for... AVOID! - Senior Technical Recruiter RCS Corporation Employee Review

The middle management at this company is corrupt. The RCS in Charlotte, NC is poorly managed. The management team is rude and has created a hostile environment. Not only do they micromanage, but they also enforce that all of their female employees wear high heels!!!! That is completely sexist and ridiculous. Most of them are uneducated and are only in management because it's the only job they can fake well.
