Where to even begin…this company went downhill the second the owners passed the company down to their son in law who doesn’t know anything about the industry or how to run a business. He runs the company by intimidation and bully tactics. They have spy software on their computers that screenshots every 10 mins, which is just so creepy. He definitely loves a power trip. Their processes are out of date, they’re cheap, and treat everyone like they’re replaceable. The company has always cycled through employees though, but it has gotten increasingly worse with the kids taking over. The second you question something you’re fired.
