Pros
Honestly cannot think of anything. I would say that it's remote but that's not even true, it's "work from home" because you get a desktop computer with tracking software that takes screenshots of your monitors every 10 minutes.
Cons
Zero flexibility, they don't treat people like human beings. Half the staff gets fired every few months because the new owners don't know how to run a business or manage people. They take zero accountability for their actions, instead blaming everything on other people and firing them thinking it will fix the problems that they themselves have caused. The business is not doing well as a direct result of the decisions they have made, but they point fingers to everyone but themselves so be ready to take the blame for things that are out of your control. I recommend talking to a former employee before accepting. No one on the recruiting side has been there longer than 8 months because they've either been fired or quit due to the horrible working conditions.
