Flexible schedule, but last-minute assignments are challenging - Research Associate RDSolutions Employee Review

So many assignments are given at the last minute so I have had to turn them down. I was asked to provide the days and hours that I was committing to work but others assignments come up and sometimes they need coverage immediately. With gas prices going up and inflation rising, the pay sometimes doesn’t cover either and makes it not worth the effort.
