Pros
The biggest pro is the flexibility of your schedule. You are in control of the hours you work each day. There is no timeclock! You won't get fired for being 6 minutes late on more than one occasion. That is a huge stress reliever.
Cons
A con is that only a computer generates your schedule, and sometimes it will send you way too far away in a bad neighborhood. Then you have to reach out and ask to be removed, and then feel like they will look down on you for it and maybe not give you more work closer to home. The CAC report is a very necessary tool and does not work for certain jobs. They know which ones. It makes it extremely difficult not having this tool as an RA.
