Pros
It's very independent and non supervised which is great if you enjoy doing things solo without someone looking over your shoulder. Hours are extremely flexible and you have 3 days to complete your stuff, and you do it at anytime the store is open. It's a perfect job for students or anyone who wants some side money with easy hour changes.
Cons
I love working with them. Only con is that hours are limited for this role, so you cannot expect to have a full 40 hours. However, as a student like myself, the short hours is awesome for me.
