Pros

Well when I was hired I was unemployed so I accepted that job. The first 90 days you work with a Temp agency. They pay you $10 dollars an hour. If you want to work overtime ask your DM for extra assignments. It can be very stressful looking for some items when you are working on the droid. Read the Cons

Cons

Well after the 90 days they will pay you less than the minimum wage. They will pay you by piece rate. The piece rate is 0.015 cents. Average rate is about 600 an hour that will equal about 9 dollars an hour. But they won't tell that till its too late. When you go undercover they will pay you 0.05 piece rate. On average I collected about 100 items an hour so I am getting paid about $5.00 dollars an hour. I am earning less than the minimum wage. Its legal for them to do that.

Pros

Territory manager and scheduling specialist are amazing. Job is fairly flexible.

Cons

It is somewhat disorganized with recent restructuring. An example of something that regularly happens is either my territory manager or scheduling specialist will say I can have an extension on a job because I’m either traveling or had tons of jobs added on at the last minute and then I’ll get an email from someone I’ve never heard of asking where the job is. While my scheduling is great there’s one in another area who is rude. I traveled to another state to complete some late jobs because there was no one local to do them. My travel was set up for after the due date. I got an email from the scheduling specialist saying I was going to be removed from all work because the jobs weren’t done on time. I didn’t even get a thank you for helping. Hourly pay should be higher for people who have been here for a while than what it is for new people.
