Pros
Excellent growth structure, they concentrate on developing employees professionally as well as personally. Flat hierarchy provides a conducive learning environment. Great culture and working environment.
Cons
Demanding hours of work, office location not ideal. Very high targets set that need to be achieved in a timely manner. Plenty of travelling required. Sometimes company not as open to new ideas as one should be.
