Pros
Easy job, people are enjoyable to be around, recognizable brand. Great location in the middle of DTC, free covered parking. Freedom to work on most anything you like to work on.
Cons
Management clueless on how to run a business. Management living on the curtails of the brand. No one really doing any real work nothing to move the business forward. No understanding of project management, process or even how to manage people.
