Pros
Very flexible hours, great office environment. When I mentioned I wanted to become an agent, my bosses offered to cover my education and testing costs. They also take me to networking events and continuing education courses that I'm allowed to go to. Most of the agents have been in the industry for at least 15years.
Cons
No cons for me. I would do it all over again, the only reason I am leaving is because I want to move to a different state.
