They aren't making money so they are depending on raised money They are burning thru the money like wildfire Hireing too many useless people Then laying off (mass layoffs) the wrong ones Management is terrible Changing direction every moment No continuity. One manager tells you not to do something, gets laid off, then the new one asks you why you didn't do it.
